Over time, I began to notice what I call “invisible changes” in the body. I gained strength while maintaining flexibility and endurance during my Massage career, which ended after almost two decades injury-free, all from having a consistent Yoga practice.

Yin & Hatha Yoga
Yin is a meditative practice that deeply stretches and strengthens connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, and fascia) while relaxing the Nervous System. Each pose is held for 1 1/2 - 5 minutes.
Hatha is a more traditional practice that strengthens and aligns the bones and muscles in the body.
